Panache Cidre is sparkling hard cidre made from Minnesota-grown cidre apples using the French method of double fermentation. It is artisanal, handcrafted using proven techniques that have taken centuries to perfect and refine.Just like fine champagne, our hard cidre offerings are dry, semi-dry, has fine bubbles, and a soft golden color. Naturally gluten-free and sulfite-free, it is the perfect libation to celebrate life and good times with a "pop!” Our cidre is excellent as an aperitif, accompanying the main course or to pair with cheese and deserts.
